Yes, you can. You can burn any exposed patch of skin in a sunbed. This is why it’s important to wear sunscreen or clothing over any sensitive skin if you’re using a sunbed for an extended period of time, including your nipples. If you do get sunburn on your nipples, it will likely be very painful! Sunburn can also lead to long-term damage, so it’s best to avoid it if you can.  Responsible tanning salons will help you determine your skin type and offer a you a maximum session that should prevent you from burning.  If you’re unsure, always start with short appointments (no more than six minutes) and increase the duration gradually.
