The healthiest kind of tan is one that’s built up gradually.  Sunbeds, when used responsibly, offer a safe and controlled tanning environment that you can’t create with traditional sunbathing.  Using sunbeds for a few minutes once or twice per week can provide a year-round, golden tan without the risks of sunburn.   It’s important to identify your skin type and not to exceed the recommended duration of tanning.
