It’s important to remember that everyone’s skin reacts to UV exposure differently. Some people will find it very easy to get a dark tan, quickly, by using sunbeds. For many sunbed users it isn’t that simple. You can improve your tan with tanning creams and lotions that reduce the UV rays that are naturally reflected by your skin. You should always use sunbeds responsibly. We recommend a maximum of 15 minutes per session, and no more than 2 or 3 sessions per week. You should start with lower minutes and build your way up. You should not tan more than once in a 24 hour period.
